MY TIDAL HAIR PRODUCT ISN'T WORKING AS IT SHOULD, WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We will provide a refund or replacement for faulty products. Our products come with a 12 month warranty (excluding supplements, which CAN NOT be returned due to the nature of the product).
1. Contact must be made via email with our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographic evidence.
2. Item may need to be sent back to us, pending the situation, for analysis and investigation. Our customer support team will work with you to rectify any issues, and if appropriate, a refund or replacement will be issued for faulty products.
