CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back in new, unused condition (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. 

To initiate a return, simply email us at contact@tidalhair.com within 14 days of receiving your item, and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund. 

Tidal Hair Halo Extensions

If you find the colour doesn't totally match your hair once they arrive, send it back to us in new condition within 14 days of receiving the product, and we'll help to switch to another colour. 

Can you take them out of the packaging?

To colour match, you can pull the extensions out of the packaging slightly to colour match, and put them back in if the colour is not suitable. You should colour match with the bottom of your hair (not the roots).

Due to the nature of this product, it can not be returned for health and safety reasons, even if the seal is unopened.

WARRANTIES

MY TIDAL HAIR PRODUCT ISN'T WORKING
We will provide a refund or replacement for faulty products. Our products come with a 12 month warranty (excluding supplements, which CAN NOT be returned due to the nature of the product).

1. Contact must be made via email with our support team at contact@tidalhair.com with your order number and photographic evidence.

2. Item may need to be sent back to us, pending the situation, for analysis and investigation. Our customer support team will work with you to rectify any issues, and if appropriate, a refund or replacement will be issued for faulty products. 

3. Our warranty only covers manufacturer's faults. We are unable to refund products that have been used improperly, mis-used or damaged by the customer.
